How do you say "ballot box stuffing" in Mexico?
As you probably know by now, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, presidential candidate of the left-wing Coalición por el Bien de Todos (Coalition for the Welfare of All), has filed a legal challenge to last July 2 presidential election results, which show him losing the vote by a margin of just 0.58%.To that end, Mr. López Obrador, or AMLO - he is frequently referred to by his initials - presented this morning a video showing what appears to be an instance of ballot box stuffing. This, he said in Spanish, was proof that there had been "embarazo de urnas" in the election, which literally translates as "ballot box pregnancy".
