Sweden General Election 2006 Final Results

Definitive national- and constituency-level results of Sweden's 2006 general election are now available in Elections to the Swedish Riksdag.
In all, the four center-right parties of the Alliance for Sweden won 2,677,796 votes (48.2%) and 178 seats, while the left-wing parties received 2,558,468 votes (46.1%) and 171 mandates. Minor parties, which got no Riksdag seats, polled between themselves a total of 315,014 votes (5.7%).
